It wouldn’t be Finland without a proper sauna! At Kotatieva, you can enjoy an authentic Finnish sauna experience in our beautiful 80-year-old wood-heated log sauna — and now also in our brand-new walk-in sauna and hot tub, available throughout the day for all park visitors.
Whether you’re looking for a private moment of relaxation or just want to hop into the sauna during your day of adventures, Kotatieva offers the perfect way to combine winter fun with the ultimate Finnish tradition.

A Kotatieva experience
Complete your day visit with two hours of private sauna and hot tub time.
Includes:
- Full-day entrance to Kotatieva Winter Leisure Park
- All park activities and services
- Private sauna and hot tub from 13:00 to 15:00
Private sauna and hot tub always require advance booking at least 2 days before your visit. Only one private booking is available per day. Maximum 6 people.
Aurora Skating with Private Sauna & Hot Tub
Pair the magic of skating under the stars with a relaxing sauna and hot tub.
Includes:
- Evening forest ice skating
- Private sauna and hot tub during the evening
Advance booking is mandatory at least 2 days before your visit. Only one private booking per evening. Maximum 6 people.
Evening Sauna & Hot Tub – Without Activities
Skip the activities and just enjoy the warmth and relaxation under the Arctic sky.
Includes:
- Private sauna and hot tub from 19:30 to 21:30
Advance booking is mandatory at least 2 days before your visit. Only one private booking per evening. Maximum 6 people.
Good to Know
- Swimming gear is mandatory for all sauna and hot tub experiences. Please bring your own.
- Towels are always included in the price.
- Children must be supervised at all times in the sauna and hot tub.
- Private sauna and hot tub capacity: sauna for 4–6 people, hot tub for 4 adults or 2–3 adults plus 2–3 children.
- Consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions that might be affected by sauna, hot tub, or cold exposure.
