At Kotatieva, cozy cabin accommodation, the Winter Leisure Park and Forest Bar & Kitchen share one peaceful forest setting, approximately 10 km from Rovaniemi city centre. Settle into the quiet and let your holiday unfold at your own pace.
Our secluded pocket of forest is home to Kotatieva alone. Enjoy peaceful evenings, snowy surroundings and northern skies away from the city’s glow — with a warm cabin waiting at the end of the day.

Our cabins welcome couples, families and friends. Aihki offers a cozy wilderness stay for up to four guests, with a double bed, bunk bed, private shower and toilet, a small kitchenette and a fireplace.

Winter on your doorstep
Cabin stays include unlimited access to the Winter Leisure Park throughout your stay during the park season, 5 December–21 March, within daily opening hours. The shuttle service follows the park’s operating days and current timetable.
