In Kotatieva Cabins you can spend an unforgettable night with your family and friends. Our cabins have beds for 4 people, bathroom and a kitchenette with refrigerator and water kettle.
Breakfast is available in our restaurant from 8 AM to 10 AM. There is a possibility to private sauna and hot tub experience.
We have a Free airport transfer and you can use our shuttle bus also for free to enter the city or SCV.
You won’t miss anything while you are sleeping, our free Northern Lights Alert app will wake you up if necessary!
Kotatieva Cabins – Your Perfect Arctic Hideout
After a day full of unforgettable winter adventures in the beautiful nature of Finnish Lapland, it’s time to relax — far from the noise and distractions of the city. Welcome to Kotatieva Cabins, where the peace of the snowy forest, the warmth of the fireplace, and the magic of the northern skies create a truly unique experience.
Cozy Comfort in the Heart of Lapland
We offer six cozy hideout cabins, perfect for couples, families, or small groups of friends. All cabins accommodate up to four people and come with a private toilet, a small kitchen, and large panoramic windows designed for watching the northern lights and enjoying the peaceful forest.
Each cabin features two sleeping alcoves, partially divided from the main space — one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, both with curtains for privacy. The main room has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and a water kettle, plus a fireplace for a warm and cozy atmosphere.

Full comfort with your own shower directly in the cabin. - Cabins with private shower in a separate building (2 cabins)
These cabins have a private toilet inside, and a private shower in a separate, heated building just a few steps away from the cabin.
