We had a wonderful stay I can highly recomand it ta all who likes nature and quietness there is a bus going directly to ☺nice location, 🥰🥰 super clean and cosy houses 🥰🥰 ☹there was no COFFEE at all nit even a small Nespresso in the property. Hot chocolate for kids is made out of a kakao powder not good.Posted on Booking

Kotatieva Resort was truly magical ☺Our stay at Kotatieva Resort was truly magical. The cabins are cozy, comfortable and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. We especially loved how peaceful and private everything felt, while still being close to Rovaniemi. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Even though the restaurant was closed during our stay, they made sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The free transport was also a huge help, and Mika, the driver, is simply the best,such a lovely person and always willing to help. Vale sicuramente la pena alloggiare in un posto così, immersi nella natura. Rispetto ad altre strutture il rapporto qual ☺Immersa nella natura. Basta uscire dalla porta e ci si trova nella vera foresta lappone, con le renne sotto casa ☹Potrebbero attrezzare la cucina con un piccolo fornello e manda un posto per sistemare la valigia+2Posted on Booking
Pilar200 days agoI would recommend staying here ☺We loved the location. Is so beautiful and is so much fun during the day for adults and kids alike. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, from Inga responding to messages to everyone who we encountered while we were there. The complementary taxi is a really nice add on and Mika was super friendly. Add on: we did the reindeer ride and the sauna and would recommend both. ☹My children complained a bit about their narrow beds but they slept well every night anyway! I would have liked to have a toaster for example as there is a micro kitchen but just a kettle, sink and fridge.+3Posted on Booking

Kelly216 days agoWinter wonderland ☺Amazing location, friendly staff very clean and warm. View from cabin was incredible and we saw the northern lights from our door. Lots of activities on site and airport pick up was incredibly handy. ☹Cabin was too small for a family of four. It was also hard if staying for more than one night to cook as no facilities in the cabin but you wouldn’t want to eat in restaurant every night. The food was good in restaurant but choice limited and kids menu was disappointing. We ordered kids burger and it was a whole bun with a burger cut in half in there.
