Choose Aihki for a cozy forest stay or Kelo for the comfort of your own private sauna. See each cabin’s capacity and choose the space that suits your party. Both cabin types include a private bathroom, kitchenette, fireplace and sleeping areas for time together.
Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, breakfast and parking are included. Complimentary airport transfers are arranged in advance for your arrival and departure days. Unlimited access to the Winter Leisure Park is included throughout your stay during the park’s opening season and within daily opening hours.
A complimentary Northern Lights Alert is included in every cabin stay. Enjoy your evening knowing we can alert you when there is an opportunity to see the aurora. Northern lights are a natural phenomenon, and sightings cannot be guaranteed.

We had a wonderful stay I can highly recomand it ta all who likes nature and quietness there is a bus going directly to ☺nice location, 🥰🥰 super clean and cosy houses 🥰🥰 ☹there was no COFFEE at all nit even a small Nespresso in the property. Kotatieva Resort was truly magical ☺Our stay at Kotatieva Resort was truly magical. The cabins are cozy, comfortable and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. We especially loved how peaceful and private everything felt, while still being close to Rovaniemi. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Even though the restaurant was closed during our stay, they made sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The free transport was also a huge help, and Mika, the driver, is simply the best,such a lovely person and always willing to help. Vale sicuramente la pena alloggiare in un posto così, immersi nella natura. Rispetto ad altre strutture il rapporto qual ☺Immersa nella natura. Pilar241 days agoI would recommend staying here ☺We loved the location. Is so beautiful and is so much fun during the day for adults and kids alike. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, from Inga responding to messages to everyone who we encountered while we were there. The complementary taxi is a really nice add on and Mika was super friendly. Add on: we did the reindeer ride and the sauna and would recommend both. ☹My children complained a bit about their narrow beds but they slept well every night anyway! I would have liked to have a toaster for example as there is a micro kitchen but just a kettle, sink and fridge.+3Posted on Booking

Kelly257 days agoWinter wonderland ☺Amazing location, friendly staff very clean and warm. View from cabin was incredible and we saw the northern lights from our door. Lots of activities on site and airport pick up was incredibly handy. ☹Cabin was too small for a family of four. It was also hard if staying for more than one night to cook as no facilities in the cabin but you wouldn’t want to eat in restaurant every night. The food was good in restaurant but choice limited and kids menu was disappointing. We ordered kids burger and it was a whole bun with a burger cut in half in there.
