A Day in Kotatieva – Day Ticket

Spend a full winter day in the peaceful snowy forests of Kotatieva. Our day ticket gives you access to everything the park has to offer — from skating to sledding, snowshoeing to snow play — with equipment included for all activities.

This is the perfect way to enjoy a traditional Finnish winter day with family and friends, just a short drive from Rovaniemi city centre.

• Entrance to Kotatieva Winter Leisure Park (10:00–17:00)

• Access to all winter activities:

  • Forest ice skating trail

  • Natural ice rink

  • Sledding hill

  • Carousel sled (hoijakka)

  • Snowshoe disc golf

  • Ice Bowling

  • Snow play areas (snowmen, snow angels, snow castles)

• Use of all equipment:

  • Skates, helmets, skating supports

  • Sleds and sliding mats

  • Snowshoes and sliding snowshoes

• €59 adult / €49 child (3–11)

• Infants (0–2 years) free

• Walk-in Sauna & Hot Tub (€39 adult / €19 child)

• Lunch at the restaurant (from €14 adult / €7 child)

We offer a free shuttle service for all day ticket holders. The shuttle runs between Rovaniemi city centre, Santa Claus Village, and Kotatieva.

Important to Know

• No pre-booking needed for the shuttle, but customers with pre-purchased tickets have priority if the bus is full.

• The shuttle is available only for A Day in Kotatieva and Kotatieva Experience ticket holders.

• The timetable is fixed and cannot be changed.

• This is a self-guided experience, but staff is always on-site to assist

• Dress warmly in proper winter gear – the entire park is outdoors

• Sauna and hot tub are not included in the day ticket but are available as an optional add-on

• More than 7 days before arrival: Free cancellation

• 1–6 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee

• Same day or no-show: 100% cancellation fee

Your ticket will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Show your ticket to Kotatieva staff upon arrival.
