Istahda suomalaisen perinteen ytimeen, loimulohi-illalliselle, jossa tuore lohi kypsyy hitaasti avotulen loimussa. Tämä perinteinen valmistustapa luo herkullisen savuisen maun – aidon Lapin makuelämyksen.

Kotatievan pihapiirissä loimutamme tuoreen lohen aidolla avotulella – hiljalleen kypsyvä kala, pihkan ja savun tuoksu sekä laavun lämmin tunnelma tekevät illallisesta elämyksen, jota et koe kaupungissa. Vain hetken päässä Rovaniemeltä, metsän keskellä.

Illallinen nautitaan nuotion äärellä ulkona sään salliessa, tai sisätiloissa kodikkaassa kotaravintolassamme.
